Some fun upcoming dates to celebrate: January 14th is Dress Up Your Pet Day. Take a picture and send it to school with your child on the 15th. January 18th is Winnie The Pooh Day. Winnie the Pooh has a special Winnipeg connection. You can look this up as a family. On January 27th is Family Literacy Day. Here is the ABC Life Literacy Canada website for you to look up activities to help celebrate. The Family Literacy Day Theme of this year is "Lets have a family party!"
